Public Offer for Access to the ALGOINVESTING Service

Version of September 26, 2026.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The binding text is the Russian version; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails (clause 8.3).

1. Who offers what

1.1. Rakhmatov Olim Utkurovich, a self-employed individual registered with the tax authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan (the “Provider”), offers any person with full legal capacity aged 18 or over (the “User”) to enter into an agreement on the terms of this offer.

1.2. The ALGOINVESTING service (the “Service”) is a web terminal at https://algoinvesting.trade: charts, a screener, stock ratings and fundamental data, news, portfolio and watchlist tracking, and technical signals.

1.3. The offer is accepted by logging in to the Service with Telegram. Logging in means that the User has read and accepts this offer and the Privacy Policy in full. Paying for a subscription confirms the acceptance again.

2. Subject

2.1. The Provider gives the User access to the Service for the term of the paid plan, and the User pays for it.

2.2. The Service is an analysis tool. It does not give investment advice, does not manage the User’s funds, and does not accept or execute trading orders. A technical signal means only one thing: a predefined condition has been met on the chart. It is not advice to buy or sell.

2.3. The data in the Service comes from third-party sources. It is updated on a schedule and may be delayed. The date the data is current as of is shown next to it.

3. Plans, free trial and payment

3.1. Plans and prices are published on the plans page: “Month” — 20 USD, “Year” — 200 USD. Prices are in US dollars; payment is made in Uzbek sums at the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan rate on the day of payment. Plan limits (number of devices, watchlists, portfolios, screener presets) are shown in the Service.

3.2. On the first login the User gets a free trial of 14 days with reduced limits. The free trial is given once per Telegram account, including when the account has been deleted and created again.

3.3. Payment is made by card transfer, via Click or Payme, in the national currency. The Provider issues the User an electronic receipt in accordance with tax law.

3.4. Access is opened once the Provider has confirmed receipt of the payment, usually within 24 hours.

3.5. The subscription does not renew automatically. When the term ends, access is closed; the User’s data (portfolios, watchlists, drawings) is kept for at least 90 days and is restored on renewal.

3.6. The Provider may change prices. A new price applies to future payments and does not change the cost of a term already paid for.

4. Refunds

4.1. The free trial lets the User try the Service before paying, so a paid period is not refundable, except as set out below.

4.2. If the Service was unavailable through the Provider’s fault for more than 3 consecutive days, the Provider, at the User’s choice, extends the subscription by that time or refunds the cost of the unused days.

4.3. If the Provider shuts down the Service, it refunds the cost of the unused paid term.

4.4. Refund requests go through the contacts in section 10. The refund is made by the same method the payment was made, within 10 business days.

5. Rules of use

5.1. The subscription is personal. The User does not share access with third parties. The Service works on a limited number of devices at the same time; the limit is shown in the Service. A device not used for 30 days frees its place automatically; the User can also disconnect a device themselves.

5.2. It is prohibited to:

5.3. If clauses 5.1–5.2 are violated, the Provider may close access without a refund, after notifying the User in Telegram.

6. Liability

6.1. The User makes all trading and investment decisions themselves and bears their consequences. Trading securities involves the risk of losing money, including everything invested. Past results do not guarantee future ones.

6.2. The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider strives to keep it running without interruption and the data accurate and timely, but does not guarantee this. Maintenance breaks and failures of third-party data sources are possible.

6.3. The Provider is not liable for the User’s losses, including lost profit, arising from the use of the Service, its data or signals, or from interruptions in its work. In any case the Provider’s liability is limited to the amount the User paid for the last paid period.

6.4. The limitations of this section do not apply where consumer protection law does not allow them.

7. User data

7.1. Portfolios, watchlists, drawings and settings that the User creates in the Service belong to the User. The Provider does not use or share them except to run the Service.

7.2. The User can delete the account at any time in the “Account” section. What is kept after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Term and changes to the terms

8.1. The agreement is in force from acceptance until the User deletes the account or access is closed under clause 5.3.

8.2. The Provider may change the offer. The new version is published at the same address; the User is informed of material changes in Telegram at least 14 days in advance. For a term already paid for, the terms as of the payment date apply, unless the new ones are better for the User.

8.3. The offer may be published in translation into other languages, including English. A translation is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy between the texts, the Russian version prevails.

9. Disputes

9.1. The agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

9.2. Disputes are resolved by negotiation. A claim is sent to the contacts in section 10; the response time is 15 days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute goes to court under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
