ALGOINVESTING Privacy Policy
Version of November 5, 2026.
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The binding text is the Russian version; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
1. Who processes the data
The personal data operator is Rakhmatov Olim Utkurovich, a self-employed individual registered with the tax authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan (the “Operator”). Contacts: Telegram @AlgoInvesting_admin, email [email protected].
This Policy is made in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” and applies to the website https://algoinvesting.trade (the “Service”).
2. What data we receive
When you log in with Telegram — what Telegram passes to the website with the user’s consent: numeric ID, first name, last name, username, and a link to the profile photo. Telegram does not pass the phone number to the website, and we do not receive it.
About the account — the subscriber number, registration date, plan and subscription term, the date of the first payment, a note on the free trial, the signal notification setting, and where the user came to the website from before the first login (for example, “Google search” or “Telegram channel”).
About devices — for the device limit: browser and system name, device type, country (determined from the IP address), and the dates of the first and last login. The IP address itself is not stored in the account.
About your last visit — the time you were last on the site or in the Telegram window: to see whether the service is being used. No address or device.
About website visits — the page opened, which website or link the visitor came from, country (determined from the IP address), device type, browser and system, page language, screen width, whether the visitor stayed on the page longer than 15 seconds, and whether the visitor is logged in. The IP address itself is not stored: visits within one day are linked by an anonymous fingerprint that changes every day, and repeat visits from the same browser by a random number in a cookie (see section 4). The number is not linked to the account, name or contacts; this data does not reveal who the visitor is. On sign-up the account records where the visitor came from on the day of sign-up and on their first visit, and how many visits there were before it — without the number itself.
About work in the terminal — for logged-in subscribers: on which screen and in which window something was clicked (a tab, button, switch, menu item), the time of the click and the device type. Only the name of the action is recorded — the text the Service itself puts on the button. Typed text, the names of one’s own lists, portfolios and presets, tickers, prices and trade amounts are not recorded. The log is kept in the user’s account and is not shared with anyone.
What the user creates — portfolios and trades, watchlists, chart drawings, screener presets, signal rules, settings.
Requests — requests sent to the Operator from the Service (for example, to renew a subscription) and correspondence in Telegram.
About payment — amount, date and method of payment, receipt data. The Service does not receive or store full bank card details. With a card transfer the Operator sees the sender’s name and a masked card number — only to confirm the payment.
3. Why
- to enable login and check the subscription;
- to enforce the device limit and not grant the free trial again;
- to understand where visitors come from and which pages are useful to them;
- to understand which parts of the terminal are used and which are unnecessary or inconvenient;
- to store and display data created by the user;
- to send Telegram notifications about signals (can be turned off in settings), about triggered stops in the user’s portfolio, and messages about the account and subscription;
- to respond to requests;
- to comply with tax law.
We do not sell data, do not show ads and do not share data for advertising.
4. Cookies and visit counting
The Service sets technical cookies: the login session (lasts up to 30 days) and interface settings. The website counts visits itself, on its own server. For this it sets one first-party analytics cookie, "algo_visitor": a random number and the time of the first visit — only to tell repeat visits from first ones. It lasts one year from the last visit, is not accessible to page scripts and is not shared with anyone. It can be deleted or blocked in the browser settings — the website keeps working, the visit is simply counted as a first one. There are no advertising cookies. In addition, the open pages of the website use the Yandex Metrica web analytics service: it sets its own cookies and processes visit data under its own rules (https://yandex.com/legal/confidential/). Session recording (Webvisor) is turned off. Metrica can be blocked in the browser settings or with an extension — the website keeps working.
5. Who receives the data
- Telegram — for login and sending messages;
- Cloudflare — a network intermediary that all website traffic passes through (protection and delivery); it sees the IP address and technical request data;
- YANDEX LLC (Yandex Metrica) — data on visits to the open pages of the website: page address, referral source, IP address, browser and device details;
- the Click and Payme payment services and the bank — when paying, to the extent needed for the payment.
Apart from this, data is disclosed only at the lawful request of public authorities.
6. Where and how long it is stored
6.1. The data is stored on the Operator’s server in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
6.2. Periods:
- the account and data created by the user — as long as the account exists;
- after the subscription ends — at least 90 days, so that everything is in place on renewal; an account not renewed within that time may be deleted by the Operator after warning the user in Telegram;
- a device not used for 30 days is removed from the list automatically;
- the website visit log — 13 months, then deleted automatically;
- the terminal activity log — 13 months, then deleted automatically, and on account deletion — immediately, together with the account;
- payment data — for the period set by tax law.
6.3. After the account is deleted, the profile, devices, the terminal activity log and all data created by the user are deleted. Only the Telegram ID, the subscriber number, a note that the free trial has been used, and the date and number of deletions remain — so that the free trial is not granted again. This record is kept for 3 years from the date of deletion and then deleted automatically.
7. User rights
The user can:
- view their account data and export the data they created in the “Account” section;
- change their name and photo — they are updated from Telegram at login;
- disconnect a device or turn off notifications;
- delete the account with the button in the “Account” section;
- request information about the processing of their data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent, by writing to the Operator (reply within 10 days). Withdrawing consent means deleting the account.
8. Protection
Only the Operator has access to the server. The connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS). User data does not go to public repositories or third-party clouds; backups are kept on the Operator’s local disk.
9. Changes
A new version is published at the same address. Users are informed of material changes in Telegram.
The Policy may be published in translation into other languages, including English. A translation is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy between the texts, the Russian version prevails.
