Stocks that have just cleared the buy point of their base and are no more than 5% above it. Beyond 5% a purchase is usually considered chasing: the stop ends up too far away.

FAQ

Why no more than 5% above the breakout?

Many traders set a stop 7–8% below the purchase price. Buying 10% above the breakout puts that stop above the base itself, and a normal pullback shakes you out.

How often is the list updated?

Every night after the US market closes. The update date is shown above the table.

Is this a recommendation to buy?

No. It is a screen by published rules, not advice. The trading decision and the risk are yours.
